Healstone was founded by Will Allen and Charlie Kennedy in January 2004 and in less than a year the company has grown to include 14 agents and has listed more than $75 million in multifamily transactions.  Charlie Kennedy, President of Healstone Investment Real Estate has 13 years experience in various sales and marketing capacities, including Regional Manager of Sperry Van Ness where he participated in the sale of more than 200 investment properties, the bulk of these being multifamily units.  Chief Executive Officer Will Allen focuses on the operations, hiring of new agents and property management personnel as well as executing property business plans.  Prior to starting Healstone, Mr. Allen worked in sales and general management for 16 years, serving as the National Sales Manager for a large life insurance company (where he met Charlie Kennedy) and then joined Sperry Van Ness as a Regional Manager.  Clearly, Healstone is ready and on their way to establishing themselves as leaders in the apartment investment community.
