Charlie Kennedy, 38

Charlie Kennedy is president and co-founder of Irvine-based Healstone Investment & Property Management, a fully integrated real estate operating company.  Established in 2004, Healstone specializes in multifamily properties throughout Southern California.  It focuses specifically on the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Orange counties.  In the company’s first year of business, it grew to 18 agents, presented 234 property evaluations and listed 46 apartment buildings with a value of more than $97 million.  In June 2004 the property management division had acquired more than 108 units and is expected to exceed 300 units by the end of 2006.
