Will Allen was born in Los Angeles and raised in Long Beach California. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University were he received a degree in Business Finance and Management. He has spent the last 20 years leading and developing sales teams in the areas of commercial lending both as the National Sales Manager for a multi-billion dollar life insurance company and in the investment real estate arena.
Allen is a member of a number of real estate related industry organizations such as International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The National Association of Realtors (NAR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. He is president of the Product Service Counsel for the Apartment Association of Orange County where he earned his distinction as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is a member of several apartment owners associations in southern California. He has lectured at Long Beach State University, Cal State Fullerton and Loyola Marymount University.
Will was married in 1990 to the former Sandra Smith of Plaquemine, Louisiana. The couple has three (3) children: Willis (the IV), Spencer Peter, and Chloe Ginger. In his spare time Will enjoys playing competitive racquetball, sailing, golfing, and singing in a band. Will is an accomplished performer and traveled the globe with the world renowned singing and dancing group “Up With People”. Will is also very proud to be on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society.
