Ruben Khorsandi, vice president and team leader for Healstone, specializes is Southern California multifamily investments, representing both buyers and sellers.  He takes pride in educating his team and providing them the experience and insight that has enabled the team to close more than $100 million in multifamily brokerage transactions over the past three years. Ruben’s passion for excellence has been instrumental to the growth and success of Healstone and he was the recipient of the company’s prestigious title “Broker of the Year” in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

In addition to his key role in establishing Healstone Investment Real Estate as a top brokerage firm in the Southern California market, Ruben is currently leading an exclusive group working on a $500 million multifamily/beach resort project in Asia, scheduled for completion in mid 2008.  
 
Ruben, whose extensive sales experience goes back 17 years, once owned his own manufacturing corporation with 250 employees.  Prior to joining Healstone, he was a top producing apartment agent with Sperry Van Ness.  He holds a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Cal State Fullerton, and, in his spare time, enjoys snow skiing, traveling, and being with family and friends.
